20th Century Pop! is a podcast that tries to understand the present by living in the past. Each week hosts Bob and Tim take a sociological look at the pop culture of the '80s and '90s. Its a ruining of their childhood that hopefully explains how they became adults.
BINGE AND PODCAST: “Our school could be your life” (1982-1983) Stuck in detention due to the tardy slip of last week’s missed episode, Bob and Tim are unsnapping their Trapper Keepers to talk about one of their favorite sit-coms of the 1980s. SQUARE PEGS was a one season wonder that aired before either of their Hi-Tops ever stepped into a High School. Yet, somehow, this Sara Jessica Parker starring oddity informed these second graders what their future school nostalgia would consist of.
